About Us

Hi, I’m Charlene, and I live here in Ibiza, where I dedicate my life to rescuing and caring for cats. My journey into animal rescue began with a cat named Chuffi, who quite literally came with the apartment. The day I got the keys and opened the door, she ran straight in as if she belonged there. Chuffi had been abandoned by her previous owners, and it was love at first sight. Unfortunately, she is no longer with us, but her story is what inspired everything I do now.

Since then, I’ve rescued and rehomed countless kittens and adult cats, many of whom have faced heartbreaking situations. Each year, kittens are found abandoned in bins, and mother cats with their babies are often dumped by roadsides. Some of these cats stay with me for months as I nurse them back to health and help them thrive again.

My five resident rescue cats—Rocco, Bug, Tommy, Barbara, and Monkey—are my constant companions and part of the family. They each have their own unique story, and they’ve all played a part in shaping who I am as a rescuer.

Living in Ibiza, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges cats face here, from neglect to overpopulation. There are so many stray cats in need of help, and I am passionate about doing what I can to improve their lives. In addition to fostering, I also feed many street cats and assist with trap-neuter-return programs.

This store is part of my mission to raise awareness and funds for the rescue work I do. Every purchase helps cover veterinary bills and supports the well-being of the cats I care for.
